St. Timothy's Christmas Band

St. Timothy's Christmas Band St. Timothy's Christmas Band is a young multidenominational organization that specializes in training youngsters in the Factreton, Kensington area.

Established in 1972, the band celebrated its 50th Anniversary in December 2022. Our Work

The bands offers music tuition to anyone willing to develop their passion for instrumental wind band music, free of charge. It offers anyone aged 6-65 years of age the opportunity to master both the theoretical as well practical side of wind instruments through highly experienced volunteer staff workers and p

romotes positive community building through this iniative. In addition, members are also taught marching drill techniques as seen performed by military units all over South Africa.

Kensington AFC boys are not only playing football but also playing instruments in the amazing St. Timothy's Christmas Band and we want to salute St. Timothy's Christmas Band for investing so much time and effort in the boys and Girls of Kensington & Factreton community.
