Happy World Ocean Day! 🌊

On Friday 5 June, our team partnered with WCEEF for an exciting outdoor learning programme with Grade 6 and 7 learners from a nearby school. The learners explored the fascinating world of rocky shores through short presentations highlighting the incredible plants and animals that call our rock pools home.

From seaweeds to resilient marine creatures, the session encouraged curiosity, discovery, and a deeper appreciation for our marine ecosystems. 🌿🐚🦀

By connecting young minds with nature, we're helping to inspire the next generation of ocean guardians. 🌍💙

What a fantastic morning at Lagoon Beach in Milnerton! Together with nearly 100 passionate volunteers and our incredible partners, we removed over 830kg of waste from our coastline. 💙♻️

Every piece of litter collected helps protect marine life and keep our oceans healthy. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made a difference - your actions matter! A special thank you to for making this possible.🌊

🌿 Smart living camp recap 🌿

From a wetlands walk through Intaka Island to water sampling, a recycled material fashion shows, and so much more - our Smart Living learners spent the weekend exploring ecosystems, connecting with nature, and discovering how small actions can make a big difference. 💧♻️🌱

Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and outdoor adventure, our learners gained a deeper understanding of sustainability and the importance of protecting our environment for future generations. 💙
