✨ I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who sent birthday wishes, messages, blessings, and love. 🤗

This birthday was simple, yet profoundly meaningful. What stood out most was the love and thoughtfulness from those who go the extra mile to celebrate me, even while navigating their own journeys because “Shu! This year has not been easy for most of us!” It left a beautiful imprint on my heart, a reminder of who truly values my presence in their life.

I began the day with a special sunrise walk on the beach with my mom, , a place where I feel most connected to God. I offered my gratitude in the waters, shared a breakfast and gifts by my mom, and felt immense joy in the love and care from my partner, , who blessed me with a day full of thoughtful gestures, including a birthday cake from my future ‘mom-in-law’. 😜🤍 Heartfelt messages from my soul-family in Durban, , showered me with love from afar, and I felt the depth of connection that spans distance and time.

This year, God gently stripped away the material distractions—parties, expectations, noise—allowing me to witness and fully appreciate the new family, friends, and supporters I’ve gained across my journey. I feel deeply blessed for every presence in my life. 🎈🎂

At 32, I learned what it means to cultivate an intimate relationship with the Creator; at 33, I step into divine union and integration. I spent years seeking love outside of me, yet the experiences of 32 taught me that the love I longed for was always within. I learned how to receive, how to nurture, and now I am learning how to be love fully in my existence. It hasn’t been easy—it challenged the beliefs I grew up with—but it was necessary and transformative.

I am profoundly grateful for my life, for the love that surrounds me, and for every soul who shares this journey with me. Thank you for celebrating me, for uplifting me, and for filling my birthday with so much joy, reflection, and divine love. 💖
