Lokshin Pioneers aim is to establish a Skills Development Centre and ensure youth acquire relevant skills that will enable them to meet the demands of today’s job market. Our mandate is to uplift poor, under privileged youth and marginalised communities through different Skills development programmes. The aim is to touch hearts and change lives of the vulnerable in townships and rural areas. This
can be done together with government, corporate and private donors. Our vision is to positively and actively respond to the objectives of the National Development Plan (NDP 2030) by implementing the youth Skills Development programme that addresses some of the socio economic challenges such as unemployment as identified in the NDP 2030. The key objective of this initiative is to capacitate youth in the community with relevant skills that will meet the demands of the Forth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
