Today was a truly special day as we handed out knitted goods and toiletries to the seniors at Apricot Place Retirement Village in Bonteheuwel. 💛
Our seniors are the heart of our community and it’s always an honour to spend time with them and show them the love and respect they deserve.
A heartfelt thank you to Gail, Michelle, and the amazing team from Butterfly Crafters' Project, Rachel’s Wishes, and Morsbags for your generosity and kindness. You made so many smiles possible today.
Together, we continue to make a difference. 🌸

Our kids continue to inspire us every single day 📚💛
Many of them come straight from school, still in their uniforms with bags on their backs, eager and excited to learn. No complaints, just pure determination.
This is why we do what we do, to support their hunger for knowledge and help them build a brighter future.
We can’t do it alone. Your support makes all the difference. 💛

We are truly grateful to each and every donor who makes it possible for us to feed our community. 💛
Because of you, families are able to sit down to a warm meal and no one has to go to bed hungry. That is something we never take for granted.
Thank you for standing with us, believing in our mission, and helping us make a real difference, one meal at a time. And a special shoutout to our volunteers Divine Folding, Aisha Samsodien and Warrick Stoffels for always availing themselves 🙏🍲

WOW… what a day 🐣🎉
A HUGE shoutout to all our incredible donors and volunteers. You guys really showed up for us. Because of you, our Easter event was filled with happy faces, laughter, full tummies, and so much fun 💛

Today we were blessed with a generous donation of fruit, vegetables, donuts and bread. Thank you to the kind donors who made this possible. Because of your support, many families in our community were able to receive much needed food.
At Shaylex Community Projects we continue to do our part to fight hunger by sharing what we receive with those who need it most. Every donation helps us bring hope and relief to our community.
We are truly grateful for the continued support. Together we can make a difference. 💛
