For the last 2 days, we’ve been on the ground hosting orientation for our newest Yeboneers joining the Healthy Pathfinders Project.

Their mission: Grow as mid-level workers inside health facilities and unlock new opportunities in the health profession.

This isn’t just induction , it’s investment. Investment in young leaders who will shape the future of healthcare in our communities.

This was a space for shared learning, breaking down barriers, and honest feedback on key programs initiated by HFSA. From co-creating to co-facilitating to co-development, we’re building it together.
