Fish Hoek Valley Museum and Fish Hoek Library bring you the next instalment of the popular 'History over Tea' at the Fish Hoek Library next Wednesday 27 May, at 11 am.

This month's topic is 'Our Ocean Life', bringing you tales of our life by the ocean, past and present, from fishing and whaling to disputes over the high water mark. All are welcome to attend and bring their stories and anecdotes.

FISH HOEK FISHERIES opened in 1951 on Kommetjie Road (Robin Hood Interiors today). The shop moved to their current location on the main road in 1955, and managed by the current owners since 1995.

On the menu : fried hake, kingklip, snoek, calamari, prawns and more.

Fresh fish available too.
