We're so proud of our partner Noordhoek Baptist Church in Cape Town! They recently held a graduation for 41 of their entrepreneurs who completed Module 2 training.

It has been a two-year journey of hard work and dedication from the church, the trainers, and the entrepreneurs. Keep up the good work Bastiaan and the Paradigm Shift at King of Kings team!

God's blessings commonly go from good to better, and then to best. He knows that if he were to give us all blessings at once, they may cause us to stumble, and possibly forget Him. So in His wisdom, He trains us with something smaller, then more, until He has given us far exceeding what we can ever ask or imagine.

This last month, the Kgotso Foundation partnered with Christ Ambassadors Life Centre in Khayelitsha. 24 entrepreneurs began their journey of transformation under the Paradigm Shift business training and discipleship program. Over the next two years, these entrepreneurs will receive training on record-keeping, advertising, and much more.

The best entrepreneurs are also in line for support in branding and operations management. We believe in entrepreneurship, and we believe God has their success in mind when putting us together.

Another reason why is so important - there are just not enough jobs out there!

“However, employment was still down by 33.7%, or 411 000 jobs, for the year to date compared with the same period in 2022, reflecting slower job creation during the first half of the year when load shedding was more intense.”

The government has been slammed for failing to implement job-stimulating policies as South Africa’s unemployment rate remained disproportionately high between July and September.

A new report by CEO WORLD magazine has shed light on the best countries for entrepreneurs, assessing 100 economies across various parameters, including innovation, competitiveness, infrastructure, labour skills, access to capital, and openness for business. “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5)

As entrepreneurs and business people, the pursuit profit is commendable, as it would be difficult to do business without that aim. Yet, there is a very thin line between diligence in business and greediness for money. May the Lord give us wisdom to know the difference and to trust Him at all times in our endeavours.

Many women choose entrepreneurship to ensure they can take time off to tend to their families’ needs, but they need support and money.

Congratulations to one of our church partners King of Kings Baptist Church in Cape Town. Working with entrepreneurs from the Masiphumelele informal settlement (Masi), 45 entrepreneurs completed Module 1 of their Paradigm Shift Business Training Course and will be resuming Module 2 at the end of July We are privileged to join hands with them as they go through this journey together.🙏
