Perfect Day.I would like to report a serious hygiene issue on one of your busses Arrow.There were many cocroaches inside the bus which made the journey extremely uncomfortable and concerning for passengers.

Public transport should be clean and safe for evryone.The presence of cocroaches is unhygienic and could pose health risks for commuters.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently proper cleaning and pest control measures be implemented on the busses to ensure a hygienic environment for passengers.
