We are so happy to welcome Jean-Paul as a guest at The Center ❤︎

Jean-Paul is a holistic therapist, masseur and yogi with 24 years of experience as a spiritual
seeker and global nomad. He is trained in massage therapy (Chi Nei Tsang and Thai Yoga
Massage in Wilderness, SA), Sivananda Yoga (Rishikesh, India), Ayurveda (Kerala, India),
Reiki (Jujuy, Argentina & Rishikesh, India), and participatory process facilitation and
leadership (Karlskrona, Sweden). He firmly believes in our incredible self-healing potential,
and uses the power of presence, introspection, listening, massage, nature, movement,
sound, plants, lifestyle and diet to guide others individually and in groups on their healing
journeys.

🌿Offerings:
Ayurveda Consultations – R900 / 1.5hr consultation
In a consultation, he sheds lights on the root cause of imbalances in your life, through an
understanding of the combined effects of diet, habits, lifestyle, weather and other daily
influences. Using deep listening and connecting patterns, he guides you in ways to find
deeper inner alignment and feel more balanced, healthy, energised and stable.

Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage - R975 / 1.5hr session
In a Chi Nei Tsang therapy session, he gives full attention to your whole gut area through a
pressure and sound-based, warm oil massage that unlocks deeply-held blockages. This helps
to release trapped emotions, intestinal and hormonal dysfunctions, and stress, and activates
your body’s self-healing, leaving you rejuvenated, lighter and feeling more whole.
