I was approached by the Secretary of Sentinel Primary School a few weeks ago, seeking assistance for two students in need of stationery.

We are grateful to a generous sponsor who enabled us to provide 80% of the stationery required for both learners.

No child should be going to bed at night without a meal. Unfortunately this is the reality of so many children in our community.

A few weeks ago, we were blessed by a lovely couple who asked us to buy much needed food supplies to a well deserving family.

During 2025, we will be launching a few projects to see how we can assist in building a better community where our children grow up.

Our greatest challenge is breaking the chain of poverty - but it will be a challenge we're prepared to take on. One project and one child at a time.

Here's to a year filled with new opportunities and growth. 🥂

This past weekend, I hosted my annual Christmas Party at the Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott Cape Town and may I say, I have new respect for teachers that have to work with children everyday. 🤣

I was so happy to see the smiles on our children's faces - that in itself made all of this worth it!

There's many people I need to thank and I hope I did not miss anyone 😊

Brigitte Goliath, the Papier Family, Sasha Mikhailava, Liezel Fredericks, Shana-lee April, Gary April, Hayley van der Ross, Rene Kay, Nigel Kay, Garthia Abrahams, Carmen Friester, Tyrone Joubert, my colleagues at NightsBridge, Celeste van Bala, Janine (aka Nina) Johnson, Zelda Algulas and Shameem Titus.

To the Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott Cape Town for hosting and sponsoring our party, Dome Travels for not only contributing to our Secret Santa Gifts but also sponsoring the transport to get the children to the Hotel and back home.

To Jamie Thurston Wyngaard and the Team at Loop for their amazing service, especially the friendly drivers to transported our children safely.

I think I can officially say, that's a wrap for me for 2024. 😊
