NECDA The National Early Childhood Development Alliance (NECDA) was formed in 2005 with a current membership of approximately 102 registered organisations.

NECDA’s vision is “a healthy society for all children and families in South Africa”

Our mission aims “to build a better future for our children, by strengthening the member’s capacity to serve and advocate for children, families and communities. WE promote and strengthen the ECD sector by influencing ECD policy and programme that meet the rights and needs of young children.”

The National ECD Alliance in attendance at the TRANAC activity’ in collaboration with the Southern African ECD Network’s.
NECDA is proud to participate amongst the 8 states, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana,Zambia,Malawi,Mozambique and Swaziland, addressing capacity building opportunities and critical ECD issues affecting networks.
