A Clifton one, two, three in the men's 100m Rescue Medley at Pool Competition 1. Mathew Pincente wins in 1:06.18, a PB. Jack Allott, racing U19, is second in a PB of his own, and Matthew Brooker third.

Six PBs in one heat, all from Clifton: Mathew, Jack, Wilan Basson, Lucca Basson, Kiaan Terblanche and Zack Waters.

The first Rescue Sport Series competition is almost here, and Clifton is bringing a big one.

💥 45 Clifton athletes will be hitting the water across Juniors, Seniors and Masters, representing the club and ready to put the work to the test.

From rising juniors to seasoned competitors, Clifton is ready to race. 👊

Learning the Fundamentals 🛟

Our Junior Lifeguard (JLA) and Lifeguard (LA) courses have been hard at work over the past few weeks, building the foundation every great lifeguard needs.

From clear communication through signals, to Torpedo Buoy rescues for rapid response, and Board Rescues for patients further out to sea, these are the core skills used by lifeguards around the world.

The groups have settled in well and are ready to take on more advanced rescues and techniques as they prepare for their exams at the end of the month. 💪🌊
