Arts & Craft Showcase at Nourish Eco Village

Friday, September 27, 2024,
starting at 10 AM.

Main Event:

The event is an Arts & Craft Showcase aimed at inviting local crafters to display their talents and craftwork.

The participants have the opportunity to become a local supplier by showcasing their creativity.

The goal is to build a community of artisans who contribute to the village's thriving creative economy.

The event will take place at Nourish Eco Village (Makrepeni).

Our community cattle farmers and headers had a meeting with SEF and CSA yesterday which was was to give feedback on their mission to practice regional land management for their livestock.

On this meeting, the local cattle farmers and headers were asked to go and help build fencing barriers around their livestock grazing camps the purpose of safety, management and sustainable us of this grazing lands.

it was also suggested on this meeting that any local individuals, businesses and game reserves can help on this project by donating any kind help that they can like old fences and funds to buy material which help drive the success of this initiative.

So we urge other our local farmers and individuals to go out there to volunteer in this projects as it is not only going to directly benefit cattle farmers but also create jobs, manage and sustain our land and biodiversity for the future.

Makrepeni village has been growing and developing for the past few years. On this 13 picture carousel are some of the developing key outlets of this new section of the village as they serve a purpose of great significance.

Thizamkateko Chisanyama & Carwash - is a local spot that provides car wash services and food.

My King Tuckshop - is a spaza shop that provide day to day home necessities that the locals may need.

We encourage to visit Makrepeni (New Stands) and support the local businesses.

Here are some of the highlights from yesterday. We came out with Conservation & Community Talks and Nourish Eco Village to witness the warmth of our vibrant village and our beautiful people enjoying themselves, playing sports, networking and spending quality time together.

We also like to thank each and everyone that showed up to have fun with us at Makrepeni Village, Seville B.
