Dear ladies

Stop assuming that when a man becomes a little distant it's because he is cheating.
When a man not a boy , is thinking about his life ,how to make money, how to fix that iron you broke or just feel like he is not where he needs to be in life, THEY SHUTDOWN and as a women it is our job to hDear ladies

When a man not a boy , is thinking about his life ,how to make money or just feel like he is not where he needs to be in life .THEY SHUTDOWN and as a women it is our job to hold him down and keep him motivated so he can be the best version of himself for you n his family.
Men deal with lot of things they don't talk about
STOP mentally ,emotionally and physically dragging him down
Don't be another battle he needs to fight be his PEACE and uplift him with your words n action.

N most importantly after doing all that don't forget to also uplift yourself hold him up and keep him motivated so he can be the best version of himself for you and his family.

It is your relationship too, tell him how you want to be touched, talk to him in a loving way. Remember, if a man respects his woman he wouldn't be turned on by only seeing his nakedness, it is because to him you are not a symbol of s*x but a mate and a soul partner. Help him to love you better by showing the way into your heart not into your legs.

Rural communities are being taken advantage of by the very people who are entrusted by the responsibility to protect and speak for them, politicians and traditional leaders. Let us look at the community of Bushbuckridge in particular. Bushbuckridge is a very rural area without any Industries to absorb its inhabitant into job markets except of course the agriculture sector which is the sole economic stronghold of the region however, there are lots of retail developments which also in this point in time absorb thousands of people into the employment space, which we aploud. This is not the point of argument in this writing, the point of argument here is about

1. the role of social responsibility of the developers ( owners of the Malls and Shopping Centers ) towards the communities whose developments sits on.

2. The role of retail shops whose profits are generated from the inhabitants of the communities who buy from their shops day in and day out.
As a voice for the voiceless, BAN Foundation has discovered that these establishments are paying money to individual politicians and traditional leaders by so doing avoiding their social responsibility commitments of developing the communities and ploughing back to the community.
We therefore as an organisation are in the process of dealing with all and sundry to this problem.
We cannot allow politics of the day to subject our people to these extreme poverty conditions by taking the little that is meant to bring pride and dignity. Politics is a vehicle to solve communities socio-economic problems.

We will remain steadfast in the path of redeeming people pride and dignity through advocating for the return of community resources to the communities.

How long will we as a society take charge of our lives course and steer it to the direction where it best represent us? Rural communities are wealthy but they are yet to see their worth because of the rotten corrupt leaders who are hell bent to drive us to poverty because everything belongs to them. Let us stand up for our own Dignity and Pride in a non violent manner.

It is with great sadness that we learn about the passing of a learner of Mbilwi High School. Regrettable is the fact that the events leading to this tragic incident was 100% avoidable. The bitter truth is that this tragic event is neither Mbilwi nor the perpetrator's to reflect on, but the it is for the South African nation to deal with.
We, at BUILD A MATION FOINDATION find it disturbing that while we all have contributed in pushing the learner to committing su***de because of conduct. Now tragedy which was 100% avoidable has struck us and we begin to find ways to apportion blame to others.
Should we as a society have been sensible enough to see the volatility of the video and desist from reposting which made the poor learner feel the pressure.
In this context, bullying at school is not the problem we are facing, our problem is the conduct we display after the bullying incident occurred. Next time before reposting an event, think of the detrimental effect that post could be should it be your sister, brother, son or daughter.
Our hearts goes out to the Mavhunga family during this trying time. To the principal of Mbilwi high school, a lesson learnt tragically is more valuable than glamour of achievement.
