We are gearing up for Casual Day this Friday, 4th of September 2026. Have you purchased your sticker yet?

Show your support for disability inclusion across South Africa:
1. Get your sticker: Grab a digital sticker directly through the National Council of and for Persons with Disabilities website or pop into your nearest retailer (Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Checkers, Clicks or Crazy Store) for a physical sticker.
2. Dress up: Put on your best burnt orange outfit, your casual gear or your official supporter gear.
3. Wear it with pride: Display your sticker loud and clear this Friday and join the movement to move as one!

Impact Report & Community Thank You

We did it! On Saturday, the power of community, collaboration and love came together in full force at Ga-Motodi Community Hall for our Fun Day & Clothing Handover.

Over 120 community members and parents joined us to celebrate. From the 114 clothing packs, 68 were handed over directly to learners and their families with dignity.

The remaining 46 prepared packs could not be issued on the day as some learners were representing their local schools at a Saturday sports event.

Additional clothing items will be extended to youth and families in the remote area of Mankele village and a follow-up report will be shared soon.

Every attendee and learner was served a warm, nutritious meal to complete a wonderful day of togetherness.

This was not just a distribution day, it was a full day of vibrant celebration, music, creative arts and impressive exhibitions showcasing the incredible talents of the children at ITHUTE NPO.

Our powerful partnership yielded a deeply impactful event. We applaud ITHUTE NPO for their outstanding work in the Ga-Motodi and greater Burgersfort region, and we are honoured to stand alongside them.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to everyone who shared our poster, spread the word or contributed to our semester drive. A special thank you goes to our anonymous donors and behind-the-scenes heroes—your quiet generosity makes noise in the lives of our children and youth.

We are gearing up for tomorrow’s big Fun Day & Clothing Handover at Ga-Motodi Community Hall.

A huge shoutout to one of our incredible ongoing partners, Postnet Burgersfort, for standing with us every step of the way, serving as our central donation drop-off hub, to helping us bring this vision to life for our children.

The Thabitha Mogale Foundation is proud to partner with ITHUTE NPO Drop-In Center in Ga-Motodi for a special Community Fun Day & Clothing Handover this Saturday, 22 August 2026.

Thanks to your generous contributions during our quarterly donation drive, over 200 learners will be receiving essential clothing items with dignity, surrounded by their parents, caregivers and community.

To make this day even more extraordinary, our beneficiaries will be taking center stage to showcase their skills, exhibit their creative projects and share their talents through live performances. We will also be coming together as a community to share a warm meal.

We are opening the space for final contributions to help us feed and support our children on the day. We welcome maize meal, samp, cooking oil or fresh vegetables to help us prepare our community meal.

Today, we reflect on the 32 years of democracy and also honour the profound milestones that paved the way: the 30th anniversary of our Constitution, 70 years since the 1956 Women’s March and 50 years since the 1976 Soweto Uprising.

These milestones remind us that freedom thrives only where the rule of law is upheld.

The Thabitha Mogale Foundation strongly welcomes the rigorous enforcement of justice we are witnessing in our country today.

By safeguarding our Constitution and ensuring the law is applied without fear or favour, we preserve the hard-won rights of every South African.
