We're looking for a skilled and caring Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for our residents.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments
- Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Lead and supervise a team of caregivers and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the management team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care plans, medical histories, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
- Take patients to Local Clinic, Hospitals or Doctors when a patient is sick or with an Emergency.
- Complete daily registers

*Requirements:*

- Registered Nurse qualification (SANC registered)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of gerontological nursing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for vulnerable individuals
