As of March 1st, 2024, New Beginnings Foundation will officially be known as Aruka Foundation. This decision was not made lightly but comes after careful consideration and reflection on our mission, values, and
goals. While New Beginnings Foundation served us well in the past, we believe that Aruka Foundation better reflects who we are and the work we aspire to do in the future. Meaning of the Hebrew word Aruka which means to restore, to restore to health and to recover. The name Aruka represents our commitment to empowerment, growth, and transformation. It embodies our belief in the potential for positive change in individuals and communities. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to foster resilience, opportunity, and hope, embodying the spirit of Aruka. Rest assured, while our name may be changing, our dedication to serving those in need remains unwavering. We will continue to uphold the same standards of excellence, integrity, and compassion that have defined us throughout our history.
