We’re pleased to welcome Carla Walsh to the Trucking Wellness family as our new Operations Coordinator! ❤️

Carla steps into a role previously held by our much-loved colleague Chris, whose dedication and contribution to Trucking Wellness will always be remembered. As we honour the impact he made, we’re grateful to welcome Carla as she begins her own journey with the team.

With experience across Accounts, Marketing and HR, as well as 10 years of owning and managing her own beauty salon, Carla brings a great mix of experience, energy and people skills to her new role.

She’s looking forward to learning new skills, meeting new people and taking on new challenges — and if there’s one thing Carla enjoys, it’s keeping busy!

Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two boys, a Valkie coach, rugby supporter and a self-confessed Padel enthusiast who plays almost every day. 🎾🏉
Three words that describe her best? Hardworking, loyal and social.

📍 World Hepatitis Day 2026 | Villiers Trucking Wellness Clinic

On 28 July, Trucking Wellness marked World Hepatitis Day at our Villiers Clinic with a meaningful day of awareness, education and access to care.

Truck drivers, industry employees and members of the local community were able to access health information and Primary Healthcare services, with an important focus on viral hepatitis, prevention and early detection.

Days like these remind us what is possible when organisations come together with a shared purpose.

❄️🚛 Partnerships That Drive Better Health 🚛💙

This World Hepatitis Day (28 July 2026), Trucking Wellness will host a special awareness event at our Villiers Wellness Clinic in support of the global effort to eliminate viral hepatitis.

Trucking Wellness is supporting the National Department of Health in the phased rollout of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C awareness, screening, rapid testing, and linkage to care across our network of Roadside Wellness Clinics. Services will be introduced progressively across clinics.

📍 Join us on 28 July 2026 from 10:00 – 15:00 at the Villiers Wellness Clinic, Vaal Truck Inn, Villiers, as we work together to drive better health for truck drivers, transport workers, and surrounding communities.
