Today Project Hopeful Hearts SA has officially turned 1! It has been an incredible journey and we cannot be more grateful to those who have stuck around. A lot has changed in the past year. The team is smaller now but better. And we are ready to get back to work.

Join us in celebrating Christmas with our final campaign for the year. ♥️
This is a special time of the year and we’d to make sure that we help out where we can. ✨
Get your kids, family and friends involved and help us make this a special time for some one in need.

Start date will be the 13th dec, each day we will add an item to the our box or hamper and you can tag us in your story or share with us via WhatsApp.
