As a new season begins, here are a few things every woman deserves to be reminded of:

💗 You are not alone.
💗 You are strong.
💗 You are worthy.
💗 You deserve to feel safe.
💗 You deserve the opportunity for a fresh start.

Growth doesn’t always happen where everyone can see it. 🌱

Sometimes growth is finding the courage to ask for help.
Sometimes it is setting a boundary.
Sometimes it is leaving a harmful situation.
And sometimes it is simply beginning to believe that life can be different.

Healing takes time, but like spring, it reminds us that new growth can follow even the hardest seasons.

Spring reminds us that new beginnings are possible. 🌸

No woman should have to live in fear, feel unsafe in her own home or believe that abuse is something she simply has to endure.

Choosing yourself can begin with one small step — speaking to someone, asking for help or simply recognising that you deserve to be safe.

💗 There is help. There is hope. There can be a new beginning.
