The Chancellorโ€™s Distinguished Young Alum of the Year Award recognises a young alum who is making a meaningful contribution to society early in their career.
Congratulations to Laurence Tshepang Mahlatsi.

Through his work in law and mental health advocacy, as well as founder of Next Chapter, he is creating spaces where students can access support and speak openly about their well-being.

His work reflects a generation that is not waiting to lead โ€“ but is already doing so.
