Peers Support Group: Open Leadership & Volunteer Positions
Peers Support Group, a community development organization based in Mangaung, is looking for passionate, dedicated community members to fill key structural, marketing, and field roles. We are committed to uplifting our neighborhood and driving positive change through community programs at Dream Park.
Below is the breakdown of the available positions .
Organization Structure & Roles
1. Executive Leadership
Chairperson: Provides overall strategic direction, leads meetings, and acts as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
Secretary: Manages organizational correspondence, records meeting minutes, and maintains membership documentation.
Treasurer: Oversees financial records, tracks funds, and ensures transparent reporting for all community initiatives.
2. Marketing & Creative Team
Promoters: Drive community engagement, spread awareness about upcoming events (such as sports tournaments, dance challenges, and talent showcases), and mobilize local participation.
Graphic Designer: Responsible for creating eye-catching posters, digital flyers, and promotional materials for social media and community boards.
3. Field Operations
Runners / Delegates: Act as the face of the organization on the ground, helping to execute community visibility programs, coordinate logistics during events, and communicate directly with residents.
