During our most recent monthly mentorship visit in June, we were once again privileged to witness the incredible power of a seed.

After planting the seedlings in April, it has been encouraging to see how, through consistent care, watering, and faithful stewardship by our beneficiaries, those tiny seedlings have grown into healthy vegetables that are providing fresh, nutritious food for their families.

Our monthly mentorship visits are about far more than monitoring progress. They are opportunities to encourage, guide, share knowledge, and celebrate the journey together as our beneficiaries continue to grow in confidence, skills, and sustainability.

Every visit reminds us that while we plant and water, it is God who gives the growth.

"I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow." – 1 Corinthians 3:6

What a great day!

Almost 11 000 vegetable seedlings were distributed today for the winter planting season. Of these, ±7 000 are spinach seedlings, expected to produce around 35 000 bunches during harvest — an incredible impact!

A big thank you to PPP Seedlings for their excellent quality and for going the extra mile by sorting and packaging each beneficiary’s seedlings — making distribution seamless and personal.

The weather is still ideal for planting, and we’re looking forward to a strong winter crop of spinach, beetroot, and cabbages.
