- Protect from GBV, abuse, drugs, alcohol, hunger, hopelessness
- Ntate who protects family, community

2. To Provide - Ho Fana / Ho Fepa
- Matsoho A Banna a fepa lelapa
- Men's hands provide food, shelter, love, school fees, hope
- Provide through farming, handy work, jobs, skills, hard work
- Not hands that beg, hands that work - Teach to harvest tomorrow

3. Heal - Ho Folisa
- Matsoho A Banna a folisa maqeba
- Men's hands heal wounds - Physical, emotional, spiritual
- Heal broken families, heal wife's pain, heal children's trauma, heal community divisions
- Healing hands, not hurting hands

4. To Ease Pain - Ho Fokotsa Bohloko
- Matsoho A Banna a fokotsa bohloko ba lelapa
- Men's hands ease pain of wife, children, elders, community
- Ease pain through listening, counselling, support, prayer, presence

- Men's hands guide boys to become tomorrow's men
