As part of the National Youth Service programme, the Ntlanezwe Youth Development Forum was proud to participate in the Learning Forum held on October 22-23, 2025, in Boksburg. The theme of the forum was "Empowering Grassroots Movements for a Sustainable Future". This initiative brought together youth-led organizations and stakeholders to enhance compliance, governance, and accountability in the non-profit sector.
As an attendee, I gained valuable insights, including the importance of strengthening organizational practices for sustainability and credibility, aligning our work with relevant possible sponsors, and building capacity for impactful service delivery. The interactive sessions on compliance, governance, and accountability were particularly enlightening.
This empowering forum played a pivotal role in advancing youth development and capacity building in South Africa, equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive transformative change in communities nationwide. By fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, we can create a ripple effect of positive change that benefits our nation as a whole.
