THURSDAY REFLECTION | SOMETIMES, IT STARTS WITH A PHONE CALL*

There are things you cannot plan on a spreadsheet.

A driver looking for an opportunity.

A company suddenly needing someone.

A conversation between two people who have never met before.

Someone saying,

“Let me introduce you to someone.”

And just like that, a new door opens.

This week, we had a few of those moments at *MJ World*.

Nothing loud.

No big announcement.

And it reminded us of something very simple:

This morning, two drivers are going through the required truck pre-requisite and safety checks before continuing with their work.

It may look like a small part of the process, but in logistics, every step matters.
