Every little thing we do, even every thought we have sends out a ripple of energy into our environment and beyond. If our thoughts and actions are positive then it is not only ourselves who benefit from our work. Every time we recognise our worth, we look ourselves in the eye and say, 'I am special', every time we put a hand or a smile out to another, we make a difference to the whole. As we becom
e happier, more confident, more self aware, other people notice. Sometimes these influences are obvious, other times, more subtle. It will depend on the other person's willingness to accept and create change within their own lives. Children can be taught new ways of being, by observing the changes in their parents. If we recognise that energy does not die or stop, it just changes form, we can begin to understand how we can make an impression on the Earth and the Universe beyond. The energy being given off by one person may appear insignificant, a drop in the passage of time. Yet when hundreds of like minded people are all releasing positive energy in some way, the drops become a trickle and the trickle a torrent. Never under estimate the power of change you hold, and never stop believing in yourself!
