Beacon Bay Ratepayers and Civic Association We are the Beacon Bay Ratepayers Association. We are looking for members to stand together so that we can make a difference in our area.

You pay rates as property owners, and have the right to say your say about poor service delivery, poor infrastructure, crime, lights left burning, municipal areas not cleaned and cut, illegal dumping of refuse, pot holes etc. Join us for a nominal fee of R60 per year and we will deal with BCM on your behalf.
