In August 2020, we founded NextGen Leaders Hub with the aim of empowering young people & communities by providing essential civic education, skills development, and pathways to sustainable employment. 🏆
We had so many projects for the past 5 Years. However In celebrating 5, here are our TOP 5 achievements.
1) GenZ4Politics Fellowship -In 2023, we launched this fellowship, with the aim of increasing political participation of young people, especially GenZ/ Ama2000.
2) Project Dineo - In 2022, we launched Project Dineo, and worked with organisations such as enke: Make Your Mark The project allowed us to have 50 young people volunteering for six months, while receiving monthly stipends, and receiving employment skills.
3) We finally established our board, comprising of brilliant young people, who believe in our cause.
4) We were selected to participate in the National Youth Development Agency incubator program, which affirmed us that we are on the right track.
5) We are in the process of launching the Kimberley Feminist Youth Council. The council aims to educate young girls & womxn on feminism, gender politics etc, and provide leadership & entrepreneurial skills.

As we turn 5, we are so grateful for the resources and support we have received from so many individuals and organisations. Your resources have made us possible to reach this big milestone 🙌☀️
