Human Rights!!

It's also our responsibility as people with Albinism to step in where we are needed to. Especially in mainstream schools where there is children with Albinism so that learners and teachers understand our condition. And also teach about reasonable accommodation in the classroom to teachers in the mainstream schools. This also boosts the confidence of a child with Albinism and other children are able to accept him/her.

This will *FREE* a child with Albinism from the shackles of discrimination.

Human Rights!!

Children with Albinism that are in the mainstream schools have a right to reasonable accommodation in the classroom, so they can see better and be able to progress in the classroom. Teachers in the mainstream schools should also be taught about our Albinism condition so that it's easier for a child with Albinism to cope in class.

This also makes a child with Albinism *FREE* from the shackles of discrimination.

Human Rights!!

Thanks to Shirley Gunn, the author of "Understanding Albinism ", through this book we're able to spread Albinism awareness in the mainstream schools. These kids were so excited to engage and learn about Albinism.
