Sometimes, “I’m okay” is easier to say than explaining everything you’re carrying.

An unexpected pregnancy can bring worry, anxiety, loneliness and so many mixed emotions. Sometimes, simply admitting to yourself that you’re not okay is the first step towards getting the support you need.

At Pregnancy Help Network, you’ll find a safe, confidential space where you can speak honestly—without pressure, assumptions or judgment. You don’t need to have the right words or all the answers. You can simply begin with, “I’m not okay.”

Send us a private message. We’re here to listen. 🤍

Happy National Women's Day!

'National Women's day is celebrated in South Africa on 9 August every year. And National Women's Month is celebrated in South Africa the whole month of August every year. In 1956 roughly 20 000 women marched to the Union Buildings in Pretoria to protest carrying pass books. August has been declared Women’s Month by the South African governments and the month highlights the plights and triumphs of women in South Africa. '

Woman is a great part of our ministry. We are so proud to offer support to organisations offering vital emotional and practical support to some of the most vulnerable women in Southern Africa.

Courage isn't having all the answers. It's taking the next step.

If you're facing an unexpected pregnancy, the next step doesn't have to be making a decision today.

It might simply be asking a question.
Having a conversation.
Or reaching out for support.

We're here to provide a safe space where you can explore your options, find clarity, and know that you're not alone.

💛 Free. Confidential. Compassionate.
