Workers are allowed to add their family members.
As soon you add them you going to pay extra amount,look at the cost below.

We have been addressing this from 2023,and workers still dont get it.

Go to your company and tell them you wat to add add your kids and spouse they will help you.

I hope this is understandable.

Let's address this: employers' have the right to join associations, just like workers have the right to join unions.

Employers have the right to choose who should lead their associations, as much as workers have the right to vote and choose who should represent them within the union. Let's change the mindset.

The only thing not included is about medical the reason been we are allowed to have the medical of our choice,and last time one the employers association explained that they intend to force affinity to allow people to see doctors,

If you have been with us throughout you will notice we included or demanded that sasseta should form part of training and regulate leanership programs meaning all programs should be register with psira,and the payments should be in line with labour act.all that information was shared
