تتضمن التقارير مبادئ الاستجابة والشمول والثقة والفعالية، وهي ميّزات ضرورية لتسريع تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، من خلال تعزيز الاستخدام الاستراتيجي للتكنولوجيا وتشجيع الابتكار لتطوير مختلف الخدمات الحكومية، مع التركيز على الفعالية التشغيلية وإشراك المواطنين.
