مؤسسة شباب قادر The Capable Youth Foundation is a Yemeni, not-for-profit, community-based organization that is fully dedicated to empowering youth.

يحصل الشباب الباحث عن عمل من مؤسسة شباب قادر على باقة من البرامج التدريبية التي تلبي إحتياجات سوق العمل لتحسين فرصهم التوظيفية، ثم تقوم المؤسسة بمساعدة الشباب على عملية البحث عن فرص عمل والحصول عليها. وبعد التدريب، تقدم المؤسسة -مجانا- مجموعة من خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد لمساعدة الشباب في بناء مستقبلهم المهني. يحصل الملتحقون من الشباب على جميع البرامج التدريبية مقابل رسم رمزي -رسم إلتزام- لا يتجاوز 1

0% من الكلفة الفعلية. جميع انشطة المؤسسة يتم تمويلها من قبل أصحاب العمل والمؤسسات المانحة. We provide jo-seeking youth with a package of job-oriented training programs that improve their employability, then assist them in locating and acquiring employment. After training, we provide -free of charge- an array of services that include mentouring and consulting to aid the youth's career advancement. All services are provided at a nominal -committment- fee of 10% of the actual cost. All CYF's activities are funded by employers and donors.
