1- أن يكون لنا دور بارز في مساعدةِ الشبابِ على إبتكارِ مشار
يع تنموية متجددة، تسعى لرفعِ مستوى المجتمعِ من خلالِ عددٍ من المشاريع الصغيرة ذاتَ الطابع الشبابي المميز.
1- To have a role in assisting youth in innovating renewed development projects to develop their communities through micro projects of unique youth nature.
2- المساهمة في إكتشافِ طاقاتِ وقدراتِ الشباب وتطويرها من خلالِ التدريبِ والتأهيل، وتعزيز مفاهيم البذلِ والعطاءِ في حياتهم.
2- To contribute in exploring the powers and capacities of youth and develop their skills through training and capacity building; moreover, enhance the concept of giving in their life.
3- بناء مجتمع حضاري من خلالِ خطط واستراتيجيات واضحة ومرنة تخدمُ مبدأ التكافل الإجتماعي والتنمية المستدامة.
3- To build a civilized society through clear and flexible plans and strategies serving the principles of social solidarity and sustainable development.
*أول الغيـــث :
The First Drop:

بدأت الآفاق تفتح لحلمٍ أبصرَ النور في عام 2009، جهود متواضعة لقلوبٍ تنبضُ بالعطاء انتهت بإيصال الإحتياجات الغذائية الأساسية إلى 600 أسرة. اتسعت دائرة العطاء في العام الذي يليه من رمضان 2010 لتشمل 1660 أسرة في ثلاث محافظات (صنعاء، تعز،الحديدة)، واتسعت دائرة النشاط لتشمل فعاليات مختلفة كالنشاط الرياضي والإجتماعي والثقافي واختتامها بليلةِ السمر. بتحدياتٍ أكبر أقبل العام 2011، وبعزمٍ يكبر رغم صعوبة الوضع الأمني والإقتصادي إستطاعت همة الشباب الوصول إلى 5000 أسرة في أربع محافظات (صنعاء،عدن،تعز،الحديدة)، وإستطاعت مواصلة أنشطتها بحماسٍ متقد وهمةٍ منقطعةِ النظير. كانت تلك قطرة الغيث التي ستتوالى بعدها أنشطةٌ ومشاريع مبتكرة بعد إعلان همة شباب كمؤسسة في وزارة الشئون الإجتماعية والعمل بتاريخ 2-4-2012 تحت إسم: "مؤسسة همة شباب للتنمية".. A dream which started by modest efforts that saw the light for the first time in 2009 had ended up by delivering basic food aid to 600 family. The spot of coverage got wider in the next year of Ramadan 2010 by reaching 1660 family among three governors (Sana'a – Taiz – Al-Hodiedah), and the activities varied to include (Athletic Activity – Social Activity – Cultural Activity – Samar Night). 2011 came with more challenges according to the security and economical difficulties, but Hemmat Shabab continued with more determination until it reached 5000 family among four governorates (Sana'a – Aden – Taiz – Al-Hodiedah); in addition, Hemmat Shabab activities continued exceptionally during the situation. This was the first drop which will be followed by more activities and innovative projects especially after registering Hemmat Shabab as a foundation in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor on 2-4-2012 under the name of (Youth Endeavor Foundation for Development
