a non-government and non-profit organization specialized in developing youth skills and capacities through granting them knowledge and enabling them to present efficient roles serving the society through development, reinforcement, and participation. The organization is established on 15 January 2001 as youth initiative and executed several activities, youth conversations and workshops concerning national issues and it was registered formally with permit No. (150) by the ministry of work and social affairs on 1 January 2014. Its head office in Sana'a and has coordinators in16 governorates.
We Aim through activities to achieve permanent development through enabling youths to have a leading and efficient role in the process of society construction and development, and civilized initiatives reinforcement led by youths. It aims also to develop the capacities of youths in expressing and discussing their issues which helps to insure justice, equivalence, and opportunities equality. Moreover, training youths in the campaign of support earning which saves their rights and for the society as well. Besides, advising them on the principles of negotiation, accepting others, concepts of peaceful coexistence and discarding the culture of violence, radicalism and terrorism, and presenting psychologic support to the Yemeni Society specially women, children, harmed and migrated people because of war and conflict.
Our Vision: is to have the ability to enable youths to have a leading and efficient role to participate positively in the process of society construction and development.
Our Mission: We work together to achieve youths' leadership and efficiency through developing their political, cultural and legal abilities and enabling them to participate in various fields to achieve construction and development in the Yemeni Society.
Work Mechanism:
- Develop and improve the abilities and skills of youth and community by conducting specific awareness activities: civil, political, educational, technical and special vocational training.
- Enhance the capacity building of youth and community by empower them and provide them with tools of institutional work.
- Partnership with youth and community in implementing and marketing development projects with international partners and donors. In addition to local partners such as governmental and non-governmental institutions and private sector.
ADWAR has five specialized centers:
- Adwar Center for Observation, Studies & Research.
- ADWAR Center for Training & Consultation.
- Adwar Center for Relief & Reconstruction.
- Adwar Center for Water & Environment.
– Adwar Center for Emergency & Communication Solutions.
ADWAR through its centers work in various fields: which are: ( improve the resilience against risks and crises for local communities – civil, rights and technical awareness – education – political process – economic empowerment and operation – enhancing the development of small & micro businesses - women empowerment – peace and eradicating violence and extremism – enhancing the abilities of governmental nad non-governmental institutions – observing rights violations – water, cleanness and sewage – food security and agriculture – health, water and environment – psychological support to community due to war and conflicts – relief early emergency intervention and reconstruction).
ADAWR targets many categories mainly (youth in particular – children – women – weak communities and marginlozed).
Monitoring and evaluation methodology :
ADWAR evaluates results achieved through projects using indicators that support targets achievement through the number of beneficiaries from the activities, their evaluations (performance, uniqueness, diversity, marketing professionalism, promotion) and through the achievement, reports and constant follow up and activities evaluation through all stages of the project management through two trends:
First: Management Mission: Transparency in dealing - Willingness to make changes - Willingness to present humane services and rights - The ability to learn from mistakes - The ability to solve problems - Believe in the principles of truthfulness, honesty, transparency and independency - Believe in the principles of justice, equality, coordination, and assistance.
Second: Mission of Evaluation and Control:
Performance monitoring (inputs, outputs, activities, plan commitment, well performance, constant follow up, supervision visits, reports and meetings) - Results Evaluation Monitoring (achieving targets, results and effects).

- Emergency and communications solutions Yemeni Network (founders - and adviser to the network), where this network is made up of four emergency centers in the governorates (Sana'a Taiz - Hodeidah - Aden), note that one of the roles of the Organization of emergency centers in Sana'a province.
Yet ADWAR still practice its missions officially with credibility and transparency since its establishment till present time.
