Contributing in building Yemeni, free, responsible, strong, balanced, harmonious, conscious, open, active and participated character as a part of a path that starts from childhood to youths, through long-term strategies, and comprehensive and integrated educational system, developmental and institutional frameworks , and an overcoming social, incubator and protector culture and synergistic partnerships. Working on creating a social, natural ,safe , stable and healthy environment for childhood and youth to obtain their fundamental rights such as education, health, nutrition and the other rights that guaranteed by the national and international legislations and laws.
2. Participating in ensuring full support for all issues relating to the generation children and youths ,with respect to perfecting and developing the educational process in both its fundamental and technical different levels according to modern and sophisticated educational methods.
3. Monitoring and documenting all violations against children and providing them with legal, media, psychological and social support and assistance for them and their families by all possible and legitimate means.
4. Participating in raising the awareness of civil society and local communities in general, and childhood and youths in particular in the environmental , democratic, human rights and child rights issues through various programs and educational, awareness-raising, and social projects
5. Adopting partnerships among foundations, international organizations ,NGOs, private sector and governmental institutions involved in childhood and youths issues.
6. Working on establishing a specialized strategic center for studies , researches and information relating to childhood and youths issues.
