الاهداف:
• تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بقضايا الشباب والمرأة في الجوانب الحقوقية والاجتماعية والثقافية والصحية
• تأهيل وتدريب النساء والشباب وتمكينهم من الدخول الي سوق العمل كركيزة اساسيه لتقدم المجتمع
• ادرج لغة الاشارة ضمن الاستراتيجية العامة للدولة في مختلف مرافقها والقطاعات الخاصة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني
• التنسيق والتشبيك وتبادل الخبرات بين المنظمات العاملة في نفس المجال
• العمل علي رفع الضرر وال
معاناة في المجتمع في الحالات الطارئة
• تنميه الوعي بالنوع الاجتماعي لتعديل الاتجاهات والموقف نحو ادوار ومسؤوليات الرجال والنساء في المجتمع .

• Promote community awareness of the youth and women's issues in human rights , social, cultural ,and health aspects.
• Training women and youth to enable them for enter the labor market as a substrate essential for the progress community.
• Insert sign language within the general strategic of the State in various facilities ,private sectors , civil society organizations
• coordination and networking to exchange the experiences between NGOs operating in the same field
• Work on remove the damage and relieve the suffering of the community in emergency situations
• Raise gender awareness to modify trends the attitudes towards the roles , responsibilities of both men and women in community .
