سعدنا اليوم باستقبال وفد رفيع المستوى من برنامج الأغذية العالمي في المطبخ الصحي للوجبة المدرسية التابع لبنك الطعام اليمني بالشراكة مع مشروع التغذية المدرسية والإغاثة الإنسانية .
حيث اطلع الوفد على آلية العمل في المطبخ والجهود المبذولة لتوفير وجبات صحية ومغذية لطلاب المدارس الحكومية في 15 مدرسة لعدد 11 الف طالب وطالبة

قام يوكينوري هيبي - مدير البرامج / مكتب صنعاء برنامج الأغذية العالمي وعدد من موظفي المكتب بزيارة لمقر بنك الطعام اليمني للاطلاع على سير العمل بمشروع المطبخ الصحي للوجبة المدرسية الذي ينفذه بنك الطعام اليمني بالشراكة مع مشروع التغذية المدرسية والإغاثة الإنسانية SFHRP وبتمويل برنامج الغذاء العالمي.
وقد قام مدير البرامج والوفد المرافق بجولة تفقدية في مختلف أقسام المطبخ الصحي، للاطلاع على آليات العمل المتبعة، والإجراءات الاحترازية التي يتم اتخاذها لضمان جودة الوجبات المقدمة، وكذلك على حجم الإنتاج اليومي الذي يصل إلى 11 الف وجبة صحية تقدم للطلاب في 15 مدرسة في أمانة العاصمة.
وأعرب الوفد الزائر عن إعجابه بالجهود التي يبذلها بنك الطعام اليمني في إنتاج الوجبة الصحية مؤكدين على أهمية الشراكة بين الطرفين في سبيل الوصول الى المزيد من الطلاب في مختلف المدارس.
من جانبه، رحب بنك الطعام اليمني ممثلا بالدكتور محمد الآنسي رئيس مجلس الأمناء، والأستاذ سمير الحضرمي عضو مجلس الأمناء المنتدب، والمدير التنفيذي للبنك بالوفد الزائر، مؤكدين على استمرار البنك في تقديم الخدمات الإنسانية للمحتاجين بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة بما يسهم في تخفيف معاناة اليمنيين في عدد من المجالات.

زار المثل المقيم لبرنامج الأغذية العالمي باليمن بييري اونورا يزور بنك الطعام اليمني للاطلاع على سير العمل بالمطبخ الصحي للوجبة المدرسية الذي ينفذه بنك الطعام اليمني بتمويل من WFP وبالتعاون مع مشروع التغذية المدرسية بوزارة التربية والتعليم وخلال الزيارة تفقد الممثل المقيم والوفد المرافق له مختلف اقسام المطبخ وآليات العمل والأدوات الرقابية وكذا الممارسات الصحية والمهنية والسلامة الغذائية المصاحبة لسير العملية الإنتاجية اليومية للوجبات المتنوعة المقدمة للطلاب
بتمويل من برنامج الأغذية العالمي
هذا وكان في استقبالهم د محمد الأنسي / رئيس مجلس أمناء بنك الطعام اليمني والأستاذ /أيمن حزام الأمين العام للبنك والاستاذ /سمير الحضرمي العضو المنتدب بالبنك والأستاذ / اسامة المنتصر مدير إدارة الوجبة بمشروع التغذية المدرسية بوزارة التربية والتعليم الأستاذ /عبد الرزاق الصلوي بمشروع التغذية والأخ / عصام قطينة مشرف مشروع التغذية المدرسية بأمانة العاصمة.
والدكتور / نجيب الصرمي المشرف الفني للمشروع تأتي هذه الزيارة تأكيداً لأهمية الشراكات في تحقيق أهداف تغذية سليمة وصحية لطلابنا في عدد من المدارس المستهدفة.
الجدير بالذكر أن المطبخ ينتج يوميا 11الف وجبة ويغطي 15 مدرسية أساسية بأمانة العاصمة

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Project: Healthy Kitchen for School Meals.
Contract type: 6 Months.
Location: Sana’a
Job Purpose:
Searching for offers and alternatives available to provide all the needs of the project of various commodity and service supplies according to the conditions, specifications, quantities, types and quality required to choose the best offers according to the approved regulations and the direct administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Evaluate and collect offers and alternatives available in the market and other procurement sources to meet the project's supply needs, ensuring compliance with required specifications, quantities, types, quality standards, and instructions from the direct supervisor.
2- Gather quotations, participate in the evaluation of procurement offers and services, and initiate preliminary negotiations with suppliers and service contractors.
3- Ensure the proper preservation and archiving of all procurement-related documents, including requisitions, procurement and supply instructions, returns, and others, in accordance with established procedures and directives from the direct supervisor.
4- Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and contractors for the various services required by the project, as instructed by the direct supervisor.
5- Report any problems or challenges promptly to the direct supervisor.
6- Perform any other tasks related to the role and objectives.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor in Administration –Other related majors.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position at a similar project.

Job Title: Operation Manager
Project: Healthy Kitchen for School Meals.
Contract type: 6 Months .
Location: Sana’a
Job Purpose:
The operations manager will follow YFB Financial Rules and Operations Manual and funding agreements, be responsible to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery of goods and services to the project, and to assist in the implementation of well-coordinated procurement and logistics activities. He/ She will prepare specifications, tender documents, and requests for offers for the supply of goods and services to meet the YFB's objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance on the renewal, extension, or cancellation of supplier and contractor contracts.
2. Request quotations, data, analysis, invoices, and delivery reports from relevant parties.
3. Prepare all necessary procurement documents, including requests for quotations, cost-benefit analyses, purchase orders, goods receipt warrants, contracts, and other required paperwork, in accordance with YFB regulations.
4. Raise purchase orders, obtain approvals, and dispatch documents as needed, following established procurement procedures.
5. Perform any other duties related to the role and objectives.

Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2. Excel advance is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position at a similar project.

Job Title: Internal Auditor
Contract type: 3 months Renewable subject to performance.
Location: Sana’a

Job Purpose:
The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting regular and internal audits of financial and administrative transactions, evaluating and analyzing financial systems and processes, identifying gaps, assessing potential risks, improving the internal systems of the organization, and ensuring the compliance with policies and procedures outlined in the approved regulations. His role involves enhancing control, improving efficiency and effectiveness in financial and administrative procedures, and providing recommendations to improve the internal financial and administrative performance of the organization to achieve its goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Audit all aspects of expenditure and financial transactions before completing the payment process, ensuring no transactions violate approved policies, procedures, or accounting standards.
• Audit agreements and contracts with external parties before processing any payments, ensuring compliance with contract terms and foundation regulations.
• Audit procurement procedures and transactions, ensuring compliance with systems and management decisions. Participate in receiving committees for purchases and supplies, and report any violations to the General Manager promptly.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of duties as an internal auditor.

Qualification Requirements:
• At least five years' experience in internal auditing.
• Bachelor / Master in Accounting - Economics-Other related majors.
• Experience in the analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Excellent in both Arabic
and English
