في مؤسسة وعي لم نرَ الشباب يوما بوصفهم رقما في قائمة المستفيدين ولا جيلا نؤجل إليه مسؤولية الغد رأينا فيهم الفكرة حين تكون في بدايتها والصوت حين يبحث عن مساحة والمبادرة حين تحتاج إلى من يؤمن بها.

ومن هذا الإيمان جاءت منصات وعي؛ مساحات مختلفة لكن يجمعها هدف واحد: أن يكون الإنسان شريكا في صناعة التغيير لا متلقيا له.

في منصة شباب وعي نفتح للشباب مساحة ليتعلموا ويشاركوا ويقودوا ويحولوا أفكارهم إلى أثر ويصنعوا الفرق في أماكن صنع القرار.

وفي منصة كفى نمنح أصوات النساء والفتيات مساحة لتسمع وتصل لأن الوعي الذي لا يترك أحدا خلفه لا يمكن أن يصنع تغييرا مكتملا.
وهكذا لا تعمل منصات وعي بدلًا عن الشباب بل تعمل معهم ومن أجل أن يصل صوتهم أبعد لأننا نؤمن أن التغيير لا يبدأ حين يأتي المستقبل… بل التغيير يبدأ حين يؤمن الإنسان أن صوته يستحق أن يسمع وأن فكرته تستحق أن تمنح فرصة وأن حضوره قادر على أن يصنع فرقا.
في اليوم العالمي للشباب نحتفي بالشباب لا بوصفهم «جيل المستقبل»بل بوصفهم شركاء الحاضر وصناع الأثر.

في محافظة المهرة أثبت أصحاب المصلحة أن دعم الشباب لا يكون بالكلمات وحدها بل بالإنصات لأفكارهم والثقة بقدراتهم وفتح الأبواب أمام مبادراتهم لتأخذ مكانها في المجتمع فـ لقد كان تفاعلهم مع برنامج ترابط شباب 3 نموذجا لشراكة تؤمن بأن الشباب ليسوا قادة المستقبل فحسب بل شركاء الحاضر أيضا ومن خلال هذا الإيمان وجدت المبادرات والمشاريع بيئة داعمة ووجد الشباب من يمنحهم الثقة للمضي نحو التنفيذ وصناعة الأثر.
إن بناء مستقبل أكثر استدامة يبدأ عندما تتكامل الأدوار وتلتقي جهود المؤسسات والسلطة المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة مع طموح الشباب لتتحول الأفكار إلى مبادرات ومشاريع، والمبادرات والمشاريع إلى أثر ينعكس على المجتمع بأكمله.

في إطار تعزيز الشراكات وتبادل الخبرات زار فريق برنامج ترابط شباب 3 الذي تنفذه مؤسسة وعي بتمويل من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، مؤسسة فينا خير للتنمية والأعمال الإنسانية بمحافظة المهرة.
وكان في استقبال الفريق المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة الأستاذة فاطمة خوار والأستاذة صفية عبدالوهاب مديرة إدارة البرامج والمشاريع حيث استعرضت مؤسسة فينا خير أبرز مشاريعها التنموية والإنسانيةورؤيتها في خدمة المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز التنمية في محافظة المهرة.
وخلال اللقاء، عبر فريق مؤسسة وعي عن شكره وتقديره لمؤسسة فينا خير على حسن الاستقبال مثمنا دورها في خدمة المجتم، ومشيدا بدعمها المستمر للشباب ومساندتها لهم في برنامج ترابط شباب3 بما يعكس إيمانها بأهمية الاستثمار في طاقات الشباب وتمكينهم من الإسهام في تنمية مجتمعاتهم.

As part of efforts to strengthen partnerships and exchange experiences, the Youth Connect 3 team, implemented by Waai Foundation and funded by the British Council, visited Fina Khair Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Works in Al Mahrah Governorate.
The team was welcomed by the Foundation's Executive Director, Ms. Fatimah Khawar, and Ms. Safia Abdulwahab, Director of Programs and Projects. During the visit, Fina Khair Foundation presented its key humanitarian and development initiatives, as well as its vision for serving the local community and promoting sustainable development in Al Mahrah.
During the meeting, the Waai Foundation team expressed its sincere appreciation to Fina Khair Foundation for its warm hospitality, commending the Foundation's valuable contributions to community development and its continued support for young people through the Youth Connect 3 program. This support reflects the Foundation's strong belief in investing in youth and empowering them to contribute to the development of their communities.
The two organizations also discussed opportunities for future collaboration and mechanisms for joint action to expand the impact of youth initiatives and promote sustainable development across Al Mahrah Governorate.

زار فريق مؤسسة وعي وعدد من الشباب المشاركين في برنامج ترابط شباب 3 الذي تنفذه مؤسسة وعي بتمويل من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، الأستاذة خديجة باكريت، وكيل مساعد شؤون المرأة بمحافظة المهرة، في إطار تعزيز الشراكة مع السلطة المحلية واستعراض مخرجات البرنامج.

وخلال الزيارة استعرض فريق المؤسسة أبرز محطات البرنامج والمبادرات الشبابية التي خرج بها ودورها في تمكين الشباب وتعزيز مشاركتهم في خدمة المجتمع من خلال مشاريع تنموية استجابت لاحتياجات محافظة المهرة.

أثبتت المشاريع الأربعة التي جاءت ضمن مخرجات برنامج ترابط شباب 3 الذي تنفذه مؤسسة وعي بتمويل من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، أن الأفكار الشبابية قادرة على التحول إلى مبادرات ومشاريع تنموية تحدث أثرا حقيقيا في محافظة المهرة.

🌱 فقد قدم مشروع "مشتل الريف لإنتاج الشتلات الزراعية" نموذجا لدعم القطاع الزراعي وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي،🐟 بينما أسهم مشروع "أسماك الساحل" في توفير خدمة منظمة لبيع الأسماك وخلق فرص اقتصادية يقودها الشباب. 🚌كما عمل مشروع "صناع الأثر" على تحسين تنقل طلاب الجامعة عبر توفير وسيلة نقل ومظلات انتظار، 🎨في حين جاءت مبادرة "مهرة ARTS" لتعزيز الهوية المهرية وإحياء التراث وتمكين الشباب والنساء من توظيف الإبداع في خدمة المجتمع.
وخلال مسيرة تنفيذ هذه المشاريع واجهت الفرق الشبابية تحديات متنوعة إلا أنها استطاعت التعامل معها من خلال تطوير خطط العمل، وبناء الشراكات والبحث عن حلول عملية تعزز استدامة مشاريعها واستمرار أثرها.

وتؤكد هذه النماذج أن تمكين الشباب ومنحهم المعرفة والفرصة والدعم يصنع مشاريع قادرة على الاستمرار ويحول التحديات إلى فرص والأفكار إلى إنجازات تنعكس إيجابا على المجتمع.

The four projects developed through the Youth Connect 3 program, implemented by Waai Foundation and funded by the British Council, demonstrate how young people's ideas can be transformed into impactful development initiatives that create real change in Al Mahrah Governorate.

🌱 The Rural Nursery for Seedling Production project has supported the agricultural sector and strengthened local food security. 🐟 The Coastal Fish project has introduced an organized fish market service while creating youth-led economic opportunities. 🚌 Meanwhile, the Impact Makers project has improved university students' daily transportation by providing a dedicated transport service and waiting shelters. 🎨 The Mahrah ARTS initiative has promoted Mahri identity, revitalized cultural heritage, and empowered young people and women to use creativity in serving their communities.

Throughout the implementation of these projects, the youth teams encountered various challenges. They successfully addressed them by refining their work plans, building strategic partnerships, and developing practical solutions to ensure the sustainability and long-term impact of their initiatives.

These projects demonstrate that empowering young people with knowledge, opportunities, and support creates sustainable initiatives, transforms challenges into opportunities, and turns ideas into achievements that positively impact society.

اختتمت في محافظة المهرة فعالية "النظر إلى الوراء والتقدم إلى الأمام" ضمن برنامج ترابط شباب 3 الذي تنفذه مؤسسة وعي بتمويل من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني،بحضور الأمين العام للمجلس المحلي بمحافظة المهرة وعدد من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة والشباب المشاركين في البرنامج.
