We are an award-winning, women-led organization. مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية(AGF) منظمة تنموية طوعية مستقلة لا تهدف إلى الربح، تأسست بتأريخ 11/7/2003م مرخصة من قبل وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل برقم (628). وبدأت في مزاولة أعمالها بتاريخ 10/5/2004م، بهدف تمكين الشباب وبناء وتطوير قدراتهم للقيام بدور فاعل في تنمية المجتمع. نفذت مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية (AGF) دورة تدريبية متخصصة للكادر الصحي في مركز الكلية الصناعية بعنوان "مهارات التواصل الفعال في بيئة العمل الصحية"، بهدف تعزيز قدرات العاملين الصحيين ورفع كفاءتهم المهنية.
تناولت الدورة أسس التواصل الطبي، وبناء العلاقة المهنية مع المرضى، والتعامل مع أنماط الشخصيات المختلفة، إلى جانب استراتيجيات عملية لتحسين بيئة العمل الصحي وضمان رعاية أكثر تكاملاً وأماناً.
تأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن أنشطة في إطار ، الذي تنفذه مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية بتمويل من صندوق تمويل اليمن الإنساني (YHF).

All Girls Foundation for Development (AGF) implemented a specialized training for healthcare staff at the Dialysis Center titled “Effective Communication Skills in the Healthcare Work Environment,” aimed at strengthening healthcare workers’ capacities and enhancing their professional performance.

The training covered the fundamentals of medical communication, building professional relationships with patients, and dealing with different personality types, in addition to practical strategies for improving the healthcare work environment and ensuring more integrated and safer patient care.

This initiative comes as part of the Psychosocial Support (PSS) activities under the Food Security, Agriculture, and Protection Enhancement Project, implemented by All Girls Foundation for Development and funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

With confident humanitarian steps, the "Together for Life" program has been launched to provide psychosocial support for dialysis patients at the Artificial Kidney Center in Ash Shihr General Hospital. 🩺✨

The program aims to bolster patients' resilience and improve their quality of life amidst the challenges of illness, focusing on alleviating the psychological pressures associated with the treatment journey. We firmly believe that enhancing a patient’s morale is the key to persistence, recovery, and building a more balanced and hopeful life.

This initiative is part of the activities within the "Emergency Food Security, Agriculture, and Protection Support Project," implemented by All Girls Foundation for Development (AGF) and funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

لأن الاستمرارية هي مفتاح الأثر المستدام، نفذت مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية (AGF) جلسة توعوية بعنوان "أهمية الالتزام بالجلسات والخطط العلاجية"، استهدفت النساء المرتادات لمركز الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.
ركزت الجلسة على تعزيز وعي المشاركات بضرورة الانضباط في المواعيد المقررة، وتوضيح العلاقة المباشرة بين الالتزام بالتعليمات وسرعة الاستجابة للتعافي. كما تم التأكيد على دور المستفيدة كشريك أساسي في نجاح العملية العلاجية لضمان تحقيق أقصى استفادة من الخدمات التخصصية التي يقدمها المركز.

The session focused on raising awareness about the necessity of commitment to scheduled appointments and highlighting the direct link between following specialized instructions and the speed of recovery. It also emphasized the beneficiary's role as a primary partner in the success of the therapeutic process to ensure maximum benefit from the specialized services provided by the center.
