We have also prepared long-term programs to help communities such as: water and sanitation, food security and livelihoods, health and nutrition, education, protection and gender, community building, and environmental sustainability, care for orphans, governance and peace-building. Ghadaq for Development Organization youth-led and youth-driven with the leaders with experience and dedication in the field of international development work at the helm. Ghadaq for Development also prides itself on unique ability to mobilize young people in the field of development work. Organization working to improve community participation in access to basic services and advocacy and monitoring of policies, as well as encourage the participation of women and youth at the local and national levels and building the capacity of local communities affected by conflict to crashworthiness. Ghadaq works to enhance the development and stability of local communities through awareness raising and increasing access to basic services as well as building the capacity of Yemeni people, especially women and youth to be able to participate in making decisions that lead to peaceful society and sustainable development. 1. Increase access to basic services and raise awareness of the Yemeni society on the importance of investment in education, health, and capacity building of youth and women.
2. Participate on the activities which can stop or reduce the social challenges that may prevent the male and female youth to contribute on decision making in political and economic fields.
3. Increase participation of communities affected by conflicts on the main activities and basic services that lead to stability and security.
4. Improve the quality of information and indicators which related to development and human rights issues.
5. Contribute to achieve a stable and secure childhood and stop the physical, mental, psychological or behavioral detriment that threat childhood. Our Values

Our programs:
Since the classification of Yemen as a fragile, the organization has designed its programs and activities in order to meet the needs of the necessary community to ensure that most of people have the right to access to basic services, including protection services and life-saving services in the exposed areas of armed conflict derives. The organization strength depended on the network of volunteers in more than six governorates, through these people the organization can implement its activities in field of education, health, water and environmental sanitation, protection, food security, improving livelihoods and capacity building of communities who affected by the conflict to crashworthiness. also from the goals of the organization, to enable the poorest and marginalized groups of women and youth to participate in decision-making at the local and national level as actors essential for the promotion of peace, stability and development operations.
