تسعى مؤسسة روابي النهضة التنموية من خلال برامجها وأنشطتها لتحقيق الأهداف التالية: -
1. العمل مع الشركاء والمانحين لتكثيف الجهود وحشد الموارد والتمويل اللازم للاستجابة للاحتياجات الإنسانية واللازمة للبقاء على قيد الحياة والعيش بكرامة
2. تحسين المستوى المعيشي والصحي للفقراء المعرضين للخطر وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والمهمشين من خلال تبني برامج تدريبية مهنية لرفع القدرات والمهارات العلمية والعملية
3. السعي إلى تبني برامج ومشاريع التنمية لتحقيق تنمية شاملة وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة
4. رفع المستوى التعليمي والصحي والثقافي في أواسط المجتمعات المستهدفة لتعزيز وتمكين المرأة والطفل والمهمشين. "Our Goals"
