أُختتمت في محافظة عدن، اليوم، فعاليات الدورة التدريبية الثانية في مجال إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة والتسويق، التي نظمتها مؤسسة يماني للتنمية والأعمال الإنسانية (YDH)، بتمويل ودعم من جمعية العون المباشر (مكتب اليمن)، بمشاركة 20 متدربًا ومتدربة من مستفيدي مشروع "أغنوهم عن السؤال" للتمكين الاقتصادي.
وتصادف اختتام الدورة مع احتفاء العالم باليوم العالمي للعمل الإنساني، في تجسيد عملي لتوجهات الانتقال من مرحلة الاستجابة الإغاثية الطارئة إلى برامج التنمية المستدامة، التي تسعى لتعزيز قدرات الأسر المتعففة وتوفير مصادر دخل مستدامة تكفل لها الاعتماد على الذات.
وتضمن البرنامج التدريبي على مدى أيامه محاور نظرية وتطبيقية مركزة شملت آليات إعداد خطط المشاريع وإدارتها بفاعلية، ومبادئ الإدارة المالية المبسطة وحساب التكاليف والتسعير، فضلاً عن مهارات التسويق وخدمة العملاء، ودراسة السوق والمنافسين، وسبل إدارة المخاطر والتحديات التشغيلية المحتملة.
وهدفت الدورة إلى إكساب المشاركين المهارات اللازمة لإدارة مشاريعهم بكفاءة عالية، وتمهيد الطريق أمامهم لاستكمال دراسات الجدوى وتوريد الأصول والمعدات الخاصة بتشغيل مشاريعهم الناشئة.
وجرى في ختام الفعالية تسليم شهادات المشاركة للمتدربين، وسط تأکیدات بأهمية تطبيق المهارات المكتسبة ميدانيًا لضمان استدامة المشاريع وتعزيز أثرها التنموي.
وثمّنت مؤسسة يماني الدعم المستمر لجمعية العون المباشر، مؤكدة مواصلة تقديم الإسناد الفني والإرشادي للمستفيدين طوال مراحل التمكين والتشغيل، وصولاً إلى تحقيق غايات المشروع في تحويل الأسر المستهدفة من دائرة الاحتياج إلى دائرة الإنتاج والاعتماد الذاتي.
Second Training Course on Small Business Management and Marketing Concludes in Aden
The second training course on small business management and marketing concluded today in Aden Governorate.
The course was organized by the Yamany Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Work (YDH), with funding and support from Direct Aid, Yemen Office, and brought together 20 trainees benefiting from the “Aghnihom A’an Al-Su’al” Economic Empowerment Project.
The course concluded as the world marked World Humanitarian Day, providing a practical reflection of the shift from emergency humanitarian response toward sustainable development programs that seek to strengthen the capacities of vulnerable families and provide them with sustainable sources of income that enable greater self-reliance.
Throughout the training, participants received focused theoretical and practical instruction covering effective project planning and management, basic financial management, cost calculation and pricing, marketing and customer service skills, market and competitor analysis, and approaches to managing potential risks and operational challenges.
The course aimed to equip participants with the skills required to manage their businesses efficiently and prepare them for the next stages, including the completion of feasibility studies and the provision of the assets and equipment needed to launch their new businesses.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates of participation were presented to the trainees, accompanied by an emphasis on the importance of applying the acquired skills in practice to ensure the sustainability of the businesses and strengthen their development impact.
The Yamany Foundation expressed its appreciation for the continued support provided by Direct Aid and reaffirmed its commitment to providing beneficiaries with ongoing technical assistance and guidance throughout the empowerment and operational phases.
