تؤهل 40 متدربة في صناعة الأكلات السريعة والمعجنات وتدعمهن بحقائب مهنية للانطلاق نحو سوق العمل
أهلت جمعية التكافل الإنساني (SHS) 40 متدربة من النازحات وأفراد المجتمع المضيف في مديرية دار سعد بمحافظة عدن، من خلال برنامج تدريبي متخصص في مجال صناعة الأكلات السريعة والمعجنات.
ونُفذ البرنامج التدريبي على مدى 125 ساعة تدريبية، جمع خلالها بين الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي، وشمل التدريب على مهارات إعداد الأكلات السريعة وصناعة المعجنات، بهدف تعزيز المهارات المهنية للمشاركات، وتمكينهن من الانخراط في سوق العمل، وتحسين فرص حصولهن على مصادر دخل مستدامة.
وفي ختام التدريب، تسلّمت المشاركات حقائب أدوات مهنية لمساعدتهن على بدء مشاريعهن الصغيرة أو الالتحاق بفرص العمل في مجال إعداد الأكلات السريعة وصناعة المعجنات، بما يسهم في تعزيز قدرتهن على توفير مصادر دخل مستدامة لهن ولأسرهن.
وحضر فعالية توزيع الحقائب كل من الأستاذة أهاريج، مسؤولة مشاريع سبل العيش في منظمة إنترسوس، والأستاذة مريم ياسين، مديرة مشروع الاستجابة المشتركة لليمن في جمعية التكافل الإنساني، والأستاذة أبرار قائد، مسؤولة الحماية.
ويأتي هذا النشاط ضمن أنشطة سبل العيش في مشروع الاستجابة المشتركة لليمن، الذي تنفذه جمعية التكافل الإنساني (SHS) بالشراكة مع منظمة إنترسوس (INTERSOS)، وبتمويل من ائتلاف الإغاثة الهولندي (DRA).
Trains 40 Women in Fast Food Preparation and Pastry Making and Supports Them with Professional Toolkits to Enter the Labour Market
The Society for Humanitarian Solidarity (SHS) has trained 40 women from internally displaced and host community households in Dar Saad District, Aden Governorate, through a specialized vocational training programme in fast food preparation and pastry making.
The programme was delivered over 125 training hours, combining theoretical instruction with practical training. It covered essential skills in preparing fast food and making pastries, with the aim of strengthening participants’ vocational skills, enhancing their employability, and improving their opportunities to secure sustainable sources of income.
Upon completion of the training, participants received professional toolkits to help them establish small businesses or pursue employment opportunities in fast food preparation and pastry making, contributing to their ability to generate sustainable income for themselves and their families.
The toolkit distribution ceremony was attended by Ms. Aharig, Livelihoods Projects Officer at INTERSOS; Ms. Mariam Yasin, Yemen Joint Response Project Manager at the Society for Humanitarian Solidarity (SHS); and Ms. Abrar Qaed, Protection Officer.
This activity is part of the Livelihoods component of the Yemen Joint Response Project, implemented by the Society for Humanitarian Solidarity (SHS) in partnership with INTERSOS and funded by the Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA).
