في إطار مشروع تعزيز الوساطة في اليمن الذي تنفذه مؤسسة رنين اليمن بتمويل من European Union in Yemen بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي في اليمن ، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة شركاء من اجل الريادة المجتمعية، ومؤسسة حماية القانون وتعزيز السلم الاجتماعي، و منظمة شباب بلا حدود للتنمية، تم تنفيذ المنتديات المحلية في محافظات #تعز، #لحج، و #مأرب عبر فريق الوساطة الشبابي.
شهدت المنتديات مشاركة فاعلة من السلطات المحلية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقيادات النسائية والأكاديميين والوسطاء المحليين، وركزت على مناقشة وتحليل القضايا ذات الأولوية في كل محافظة، والتي تنوعت بين النزاعات على الموارد، والقضايا الأمنية والسياسية، والملفات الاقتصادية والمعيشية.
تهدف هذه المنتديات إلى تعزيز دور الوسطاء الشباب في معالجة النزاعات وبناء جسور الثقة داخل مجتمعاتهم المحلية، وصولًا إلى مصفوفة قضايا تمهّد لتدخلات الوساطة القادمة التي تسهم في تحقيق #السلام المستدام وتعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي في اليمن.
As part of the Leveraging Mediation in Yemen Project, implemented by Resonate! Yemen, funded by European Union, and in partnership with the YWBOD, SPPLPF, PCEF, a series of local forums were held in the governorates of , , and , led by trained Youth Mediation Teams.
The forums witnessed active participation from local authorities, civil society organizations, women leaders, academics, and local mediators, who discussed and analyzed key issues and priority conflicts in each governorate, including resource and land disputes, security and political tensions, and economic and livelihood challenges.
These forums aim to empower young mediators to play an active role in addressing local conflicts and building trust within their communities, leading to the development of a matrix of priority issues that will guide upcoming mediation interventions contributing to sustainable peace and social cohesion in Yemen.
