إبراهيم محمد الخضر
إبراهيم محمد الخضر متخصص يمني في الاتصال المؤسسي، وإدارة المعلومات، والإعلام الرقمي، ويتمتع بخبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 12 عامًا في العمل مع البعثات الدبلوماسية والمنظمات التنموية.
عمل في سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لدى اليمن بين عامي 2009 و2021، حيث شغل منصب مساعد مركز مصادر المعلومات (Information Resource Center Assistant)، إلى جانب مهام مرتبطة بإدارة المحتوى الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
واصل مسيرته المهنية بعد ذلك مستشارًا للاتصالات لدى الصندوق الاجتماعي للتنمية (SFD) خلال عام 2023، كما تعاون مع عدد من الجهات الدولية، من بينها المجلس الدنماركي للاجئين (DRC) والمبادرة العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود (GI-TOC)، في مهام بحثية واستشارية.
يحمل إبراهيم درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، إلى جانب عدد من الشهادات المهنية في التسويق الرقمي، وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتحليل البيانات.
لكن خلف هذه المسيرة المهنية، هناك إنسان له حياة وأسرة.
وفي 7 يونيو 2024، أُلقي القبض على إبراهيم محمد الخضر في صنعاء ضمن حملة اعتقالات استهدفت عددًا من موظفي الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والموظفين السابقين في البعثات الدبلوماسية.
ومنذ ذلك الحين، لم يعد الغياب مجرد انقطاع عن العمل والحياة اليومية، بل أصبح انتظارًا يعيشه من حوله، وأسئلة لا تزال تبحث عن إجابات.
في خارج العد، نؤمن بأن القضية لا تتعلق بمناصب أو وظائف، ولا بأرقام في سجلات، بل بأشخاص لهم حياة وأسر وأدوار ترك غيابهم أثرًا لا يزال مستمرًا.
كما نؤكد أهمية احترام الحقوق الأساسية، والضمانات القانونية، والإجراءات العادلة، وصون الكرامة الإنسانية.
القضية لم تنتهِ...
فقط تراجع الحديث عنها.
كل اسم له حياة يستحق أن يُذكر... لا أن يُنسى.

Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Khader
Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Khader is a Yemeni professional specializing in institutional communications, information management, and digital media, with more than 12 years of professional experience working with diplomatic missions and development organizations.
He worked at the U.S. Embassy in Yemen from 2009 to 2021, where he served as an Information Resource Center Assistant, alongside responsibilities related to digital content management and social media.
He later continued his professional career as a Communications Consultant with the Social Fund for Development (SFD) in 2023. He also worked with several international organizations, including the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC), in research and consultancy roles.
Ibrahim holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, in addition to several professional certifications in digital marketing, social media management, and data analysis.
But behind this professional journey is a person with a life and a family.
On June 7, 2024, Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Khader was arrested in Sana’a as part of a campaign of arrests targeting a number of UN employees, international organization staff, and former employees of diplomatic missions.
Since then, his absence has meant more than simply being away from work and everyday life. It has become a prolonged wait for those around him, accompanied by questions that remain unanswered.
