«مهارات الخطابة والخطاب السياسي للشباب القيادي»
تعلن مؤسسة معالي للتنمية، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت الألمانية – مكتب اليمن، عن فتح باب التقديم للمشاركة في البرنامج التدريبي «مهارات الخطابة والخطاب السياسي للشباب القيادي»، والمقرر تنفيذه في مدينة عتق – محافظة شبوة.
يهدف البرنامج إلى تطوير قدرات الشباب والشابات في مجال الخطابة والتحدث أمام الجمهور، وبناء الخطاب السياسي الفعّال، وصياغة الرسائل والأفكار بصورة واضحة ومؤثرة، إلى جانب تعزيز مهارات الحوار والنقاش، وتحليل القضايا والمشكلات، والتعبير عن المواقف والأفكار بمهنية ومسؤولية.
يمتد البرنامج لمدة ثلاثة أيام تدريبية مكثفة، بواقع 8 ساعات تدريبية يوميًا، ويتضمن تطبيقات عملية وتمارين تفاعلية تساعد المشاركين على تطوير حضورهم، وثقتهم بأنفسهم، وقدرتهم على التواصل والتأثير في مختلف المساحات العامة.
يستهدف البرنامج الشباب والشابات في محافظة شبوة من المهتمين بالقيادة والعمل العام، والذين لديهم الرغبة في تطوير مهاراتهم في الخطابة والتواصل والخطاب السياسي.

“Public Speaking and Political Discourse Skills for Young Leaders”
M’aali Foundation for Development, in partnership with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) – Yemen Office, announces the opening of applications to participate in the training program “Public Speaking and Political Discourse Skills for Young Leaders,” which will be held in Ataq City, Shabwah Governorate.
The program aims to develop the capacities of young women and men in public speaking and public presentation, effective political discourse, and communicating messages and ideas clearly and persuasively, while also strengthening skills in dialogue and discussion, analyzing issues and problems, and expressing positions and ideas professionally and responsibly.
The program will be delivered over three intensive training days, with 8 training hours per day. It will include practical applications and interactive exercises designed to help participants develop their presence, self-confidence, and ability to communicate and influence across different public spaces.
The program targets young women and men in Shabwah Governorate who are interested in leadership and public engagement and who wish to develop their skills in public speaking, communication, and political discourse.
