This week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit upheld a ruling permanently blocking an Indiana law that tried to censor Planned Parenthood’s abortion-related speech. We’re glad the court rejected this law and protected providers’ rights to give patients truthful information about legal abortion services.
